Ingredients

• 8 oz cream cheese

• 3/4 cups frozen spinach

• 1.5 cups of chopped cardone

• 1/2 cup mayonnaise

• 1/2 cup of shredded Monterey jack cheese

• 3/4 cups of shredded parmesan cheese

• 1/2 tsp. garlic salt

• 1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions

1. Place cream cheese in the microwave and warm for 20 seconds until soft

2. In the same bowl, mix Mayonnaise, shredded Monterey Jack cheese, grated parmesan cheese, garlic salt, chopped frozen spinach and chopped cardone. Mix and serve cold!
