Everyone who is a part of our team at J Marchini Farms is essential to the function of our farming operation. From those who are planting and harvesting the product to those who are selling it, every person involved is important to us. Not only is J. Marchini Farms a multigenerational farm but our employees are multigenerational as well. We are fortunate to be a family farm consisting of three generations, and to have employees that have been a part of our team since the beginning.
