Radicchio & Prosciutto Wrap

Ingredients

  • Torn Radicchio leaves

  • 3 oz of prosciutto

  • 2 tablespoon of pesto

  • 2 oz of gruyere cheese

  • 1 tortilla or wrap

Instructions

  1. In a tortilla, spread pesto

  2. place prosciutto, Radicchio and gruyere and fold.

  3. Place in a skillet with olive oil and turn on each side until golden brown. Remove, cut in half and serve!
