Fig Pizza
Ingredients
1 pizza dough (homemade or store bought)
1 cup of mozzarella
1 cup of goat cheese
1 cup of arugula
6 figs-sliced
1 onion
balsamic reduction
2 tbsp butter
olive oil
Instructions
Roll out pizza dough
Cover dough with 2 tbsps of olive oil
Spread mozzarella and goat cheese on the pizza
In a pan on the stove, saute sliced onions with butter and balsamic vinegar for 5 minutes
Top the pizza with figs and sauteed onions
Bake the pizza at 425 degrees for 10-20 minutes (depending on if you’re using a pizza stone or baking pan)
Take the pizza out of the oven, top with arugula and slice into pieces
Drizzle with balsamic reduction and serve!
