Radicchio Pizza

Ingredients:

  • One pizza dough

  • mozzarella-shredded

  • shredded Radicchio

  • mushrooms

  • pesto

  • garlic white sauce

  • cornmeal

  • olive oil

Directions:

  1. In a pan, place parchment/ foil and place cornmeal on the pan.

  2. Put flour on a cutting board and roll out the pizza dough. Place the the pizza dough on the pan with parchment and cornmeal.

  3. Place pizza dough on the pan and using a spoon place and spread sauce on the dough. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top, then layer with shredded Radicchio and mushrooms. Dollop pesto on top of the pizza. Drizzle olive oil on top

  4. Bake the pizza at 475 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown.

  5. Let cool and cut into pieces and enjoy.
