Fig Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough (homemade or store bought)

  • 1 cup of mozzarella

  • 1 cup of goat cheese

  • 1 cup of arugula

  • 6 figs-sliced

  • 1 onion

  • balsamic reduction

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Roll out pizza dough

  2. Cover dough with 2 tbsps of olive oil

  3. Spread mozzarella and goat cheese on the pizza

  4. In a pan on the stove, saute sliced onions with butter and balsamic vinegar for 5 minutes

  5. Top the pizza with figs and sauteed onions

  6. Bake the pizza at 425 degrees for 10-20 minutes (depending on if you’re using a pizza stone or baking pan)

  7. Take the pizza out of the oven, top with arugula and slice into pieces

  8. Drizzle with balsamic reduction and serve!
