Cut radicchio in half & slice radicchio thinly & trimmed Brussels sprouts in half. Slice sliced bacon into 1/2 inch pieces.
On a baking sheet, plac brussel sprouts and bacon and coat with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Roast in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, shaking pan halfway for even browning.
Pull tray out and add radicchio. place back in oven and roast for another 15-20 minutes. Brussels sprouts should be almost black, bacon fully cooked, & radicchio wilted and almost black, when done. Serve immediately and mangia!
